Common Questions for Listening Points

Q. Do I have to register in the player window to earn CR Points?

A. No. You earn CR Points as soon as you are actively listening to the station. There is a separate points program offered in the radio player itself. This is not part of CreationsRewards. You can enroll there to earn points from RadioLoyalty as well.

Q. How do I know the time listening is being counted?

A. Every 5 minutes, you will see the "You've been listening for..." timer update. If you do not see it updating with your minute total, make sure your browser is not blocking pop-ups or any other advertisement. This can cause the timer not to update correctly.

Q. I listened for awhile, but the points aren't showing up.

A. Points credit within two hours AFTER you end your listening session. Once you close the player when you're done listening, the points will be posted within the next 2 hours.

Q. How many points can I earn?

A. You can listen for as long as you'd like. There is no limit.

Q. I listened for 25 minutes, but only got credit for 20 minutes.

A. Points are only issued for listening in full 10 minute increments.
