What is CreationsRewards?

CreationsRewards is an online rewards program where you are rewarded for the things you're already doing online. Earn CR Points for taking surveys, watching videos, completing offers, shopping online, and so much more. Membership is completely free, and you can begin earning points immediately after you register! Get rewarded for what you are already doing online.

I registered, but see a bar on the top of every page telling me to activate my account. How do I do this?

After you register, check your email for a welcome email that asks you to activate your account. Clicking on the activation link will complete the account creation process. Please check your spam/junk folder for the email. If you still do not receive it after 48 hours, you can request it to be resent via the link in the notification bar asking you to activate, or you can contact us.

Do you need my mailing address?

We highly recommend completing your account profile. Just hover over the "Account" menu and select "My Profile" to make sure your account information is updated and correct.

What do I get for referring my family & friends to CreationsRewards?

For each family or friend that registers for a CreationsRewards account using your unique referral link, you will earn 10% of their earned "revenue" points for life! Referral points are not issued for: Promo Codes, Bonus Point Offers (daily bonus, survey bonus, etc.), as well as anything under the "Win" menu item.

Do my points ever expire?

To keep your account in active status, you must accumulate at least 100 "revenue" points within a 6 month period. This is very easy to do. One survey alone will earn you this amount! Most members do not need to worry about this rule, since it is so easy to keep earning points. Many earn much more than 100 points per DAY! Revenue points are any earned points EXCEPT those earned from: "Win", "Promo Code", "Bonuses", and "Referrals".

How do I maximize my points?

Visit us each and every day! Earn points watching videos, taking surveys, completing offers, shopping online, and much more. It's very easy to grow your points and rewards with CreationsRewards.

How do I take surveys?

We have many Daily Surveys available for you each and every day! Hover over the "Earn" menu on our website and select Take Surveys. From here, you can access our daily surveys. Each survey listed can be completed once per day for point credit.

When do I get my points for completing a survey?

If you qualified for and completed a survey in full, points will credit to your account within 1 to 24 hours. Most surveys you complete credit in less than 1 hour, however some may take up to 24 hours to be posted to your account with us.

What if I don't qualify? Can I try again?

It's perfectly normal not to qualify for a survey. New surveys are always being added, so we recommend you try again in a little while. You can try to qualify for a survey as many times as you'd like, however, once you qualify you can only complete that particular survey once per day.

Can I complete each daily survey once per day?

Yes! There are over 10 daily surveys available. You can easily earn over 1,000 points per day from completing each daily survey.

Does it cost anything to take surveys?

No! Market research companies want to hear from consumers like you. Surveys are completely free, as you are providing companies with valuable feedback for products and services.

I waited up to 24 hours, but still was not credited.

All surveys on our website post to accounts automatically within 1 to 24 hours after successful completion. If you are still not credited after 24 hours, please contact Customer Care.

What are videos?

Videos are a quick way to earn points on CreationsRewards. The videos featured may include entertainment, information, and product advertising. It's a great way to learn about something new while earning a few points in the process.

When do I get credited for watching a video?

Video points credit to accounts instantly. In some cases, it may take up to 1 to 24 hours for points to be posted to your account.

I clicked on a video and nothing happened. Why?

Please make sure you do not have any "ad-blockers" running in your browser. This will interfere with your ability to watch videos on our website.

I watched a video worth 0.60 points. Why wasn't I credited?

Videos that are worth less than 1 point credit in 1-point increments. After you watch two 0.60 point videos, for example, you'll earn 1 point. Then, the leftover 0.20 points will be carried over until you earn another full point.

How long does it take for a survey, offer, video, etc. to post to my account?

Most surveys, videos and offers credit to accounts within 1 to 24 hours. Some may credit instantly.

How long does it take for a shopping purchase to be credited?

Purchases made via our shopping area post to accounts within 3 to 7 days after you place your order. If you later return an item, or cancel the order, any points issued will be reversed.

I completed an offer through an offer wall, but was not credited.

If you completed an offer through one of our offer walls, please visit the offer wall and submit a missing points report. This can be done by clicking on the "offer status" or "my account" links within the offer wall page you completed the offer at. You must keep your confirmation emails, screenshots, or other proof of successful offer completion in order for your missing points report to be researched.

I wasn't credited for a daily survey. What can I do?

Daily surveys post to accounts within 1 to 24 hours after completion. To be credited, you must qualify for and complete the survey in its entirety. Also, each daily survey can be taken only one time per day. So if you complete two surveys at one of the daily survey websites, you will only be credited for one survey, as there is a limit of one per day per site.

What is a CR Promo Code?

A CreationsRewards promo code enables you to earn instant points for correctly submitting it to our promo code area. Some are limited time offers and may only be available for a short time.

How do I submit a promo code I found?

Easy! Make sure you are logged into your account. Then, click on "Promo" in the menu. You'll be taken to the promo code page where you can enter in and submit your code. Each promo code can only be submitted one time per member for point credit.

I have a valid code, but it's limit was reached.

Each promo code available has a set number of claims allowed before it's no longer available. For example, a promo code may offer 25 points for the first 50 members to claim it. After 50 claims, no further submissions are allowed. Or, a promo code might have an expiration date, causing it to expire after a set time period.

Where are promo codes posted?

We post promo codes on Facebook, Twitter, and on our website. We may hide them on our website, so keep browsing CreationsRewards. You never know where there will be a promo code posted!

How do I redeem the points that I earned?

Visit the Rewards menu on our website. From here, you'll be taken to our rewards page where you can submit your request for your reward.

How many points do I need to redeem for a reward?

You need at least 1,000 points to redeem for a reward. Rewards start at 1,000 points for $5.

How long does it take to receive the reward I requested?

Non-PayPal rewards are processed within 8 to 12 weeks after your request. For example, rewards requested in October will be processed around January 20th. PayPal rewards are currently taking longer to process, but we are working to shorten the processing time window.
