If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah or Virginia, you have a right to opt out of the sale or sharing of, or certain targeting using, your Personal Information ("PI"), and limit certain uses of your Sensitive Personal Information ("SPI") as those concepts are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2020, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA"), Colorado Privacy Act, Connecticut Act Concerning Personal Data Privacy and Online Monitoring, Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act, Florida Digital Bill of Rights, Indiana Consumer Protection Act, Iowa Act Relating to Consumer Data Protection, Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act, Maryland Online Data Privacy Act, Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act, Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act, Nebraska Data Privacy Act, Nevada Privacy of Information Collected on the Internet from Consumers Act, New Hampshire Act Relative to the Expectation of Privacy, New Jersey Act Concerning Online Services, Oregon Consumer Privacy Act, Rhode Island Data Transparency and Privacy Protection Act, Tennessee Information Protection Act, Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and Virginia Consumer Data Protection Law, in each case as amended, and any applicable privacy regulations.
This Notice is to provide you with information regarding these opt-out rights. All terms not defined in this Notice are as defined in the CCPA and/or other applicable state privacy laws and regulations.
Under the foregoing state laws, subject to certain exceptions and limitations (such as when you direct us, or the use is necessary to provide you with requested services, and disclosures to our service providers and processors), the "sale" of PI may include any communication of PI to any third party for valuable consideration (including non-monetary consideration in some states), and residents of those states have a right to opt-out of sale of PI.
In addition, some states provide a right to opt-out of certain sharing and/or processing of PI for targeted advertising purposes and/or to limit certain types of processing of SPI. If you are a resident of one of the foregoing states, have an active account and are logged in, you may exercise your opt-out rights for any sale/sharing of, and certain targeting using, your PI, and limit certain uses of your SPI, by checking the appropriate box(es) above that say "Opt out of the Sale/Share of Personal Information or Processing for Targeted Advertising" and/or "Limit Certain Uses of Sensitive Personal Information" at the top of this page. Checking either box will exercise the specific right(s) referenced alongside it - you need not take any additional steps to do so.

Please be aware that we do not accept or process such privacy requests through other means (via phone, fax, chats, social media, etc.). You may also use an authorized agent to exercise your opt-out rights as provided in Section 3 of the US State-Specific Privacy Policy.
Please note that your exercise of opt-out rights described above only affects your non-cookie PI. If you want to limit our processing of cookie-related PI, or sale/share of cookie-related PI, you can manage your cookie preferences using your own browser settings to accept or block some or all cookies, or to receive notice so you can consent to cookies. If you block all cookies, some features of the CreationsRewards Website may be unavailable to you. Please note that non-logged in users and visitors cannot use this Your Privacy Choices tool (the opt-out box will not appear above) and will have to opt-out with regard to cookies using your browser settings for cookies, and additionally also opt-out with regard to non-cookie PI using the submission form.
To take advantage of certain surveys or other rewards activities ("Third Party Opportunities" and/or "Reward Opportunities"), you may choose to give us specific directions to use your survey responses, or details of your other rewards activities, as well as personal and other information about you, and to exchange the same with researchers, marketing partners, service providers, and other trusted third parties, in order to provide rewards opportunities to you, and for related research, marketing, attribution, analytics, and other business purposes.
We may rely upon those specific directions even if you have exercised your general opt-out rights above. You may choose not to give a specific direction at any time in the future by declining to participate in surveys or rewards activities.
